Phnom Penh: The digital rights promotion working group from 11 organizations will organize an event called the OPEN CYBER TALK on July 25, 2021 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm under the theme “Together for better Cyber Community.”
Since 2015 OPEN CYBER TALK has been conducted to promote the safe use of the internet and social media, promoting social justice, human rights and rights of expression, and Sustainable Development Goals in Cambodia.
The OPEN CYBER TALK will be on live for a full day on our official Facebook page and will also be broadcasted to the Facebook page of co-organizers institutions. In each interview section, there will be guest speakers from different organizations specializing in each topic regarding the rights of expression, true/fake information sharing, internet privacy and abuse, cybercrime, and safe use of the Internet to promote social justice.
The main topics for the discussion in the OPEN CYBER TALK 2021 are as follows:
