Consultancy Opportunity

CamboJA is a politically-neutral membership network of Cambodian journalists and media professionals established in 2019. Our mission is to promote access to information and press freedom, strengthen the professionalism of journalists and support their livelihoods. The association is currently running three core programs such as CamboJA News, Research & Advocacy, and Capacity Development. 

CamboJA will conduct half-day hybrid event on 23rd November 2023 in Phnom Penh to launch a research study report on Impacts of Digital Rights Restriction on Press Freedom and Freedom of Expression on the Internet. 

To ensure professional, high-quality livestreaming during the event, CamboJA is seeking for a qualified team of video livestreaming professionals to carry out the assignment as specified in the Scope of Work below. 

Scope of Work and Responsibility

• Carry out high-quality video livestreaming on CamboJA’s social media page during the press conference on 23rd November 2023

• Set up smooth video conference system during the conference day including sound quality for online participants.

• Ensure smooth transition between multiple layouts, real-time composition and switching.

• Handle all technical issues related to video conference system and livestreaming
