Founded in February 2019 and officially launched on December 13, 2019, Cambodian Journalists Alliance Association (CamboJA) is an independent membership-based network of journalists and media professionals in Cambodia. CamboJA aims to establish a strong support base for Cambodian journalists so that they can carry out their professional roles freely and professionally.
CamboJA is providing technical agency to KHANA to implement an assignment on “Strengthening the Engagement of Journalists in TB Education and Advocacy in Cambodia.” One of the project activities is to produce two video reports, one of which focuses on education of TB prevention/TB preventive therapy while the other one focuses on policy and country-level commitment to TB eradication.
We are seeking for a video production consultant/a team of consultants to produce the two video reports. Each video should be approximately 5 minutes in length with Khmer narration and English subtitle. The video will be published on CamboJA and KHANA’s digital platforms. We expect that through the videos, the public will be informed about TB preventive therapy, and the key issue in TB eradication will be brought to discussion by relevant stakeholders.
Scope of Work
- Planning and producing a five-minute video report educating the public about TB prevention/TB preventive therapy
- Planning and producing a five-minute video report discussing policy and country-level commitment to TB eradication

Required Qualification
- An individual or a team with at least 2 years of successful experiences in producing video documentaries or features in Khmer, preferably on public heath topics
- Video production skills, interview skills, script writing and subtitling skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work on tight schedule
- Understanding of ethical aspects in video production
